At Sharman Ventures LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital tools, athletic apparel, and consulting services. Please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Physical Goods (Apparel & Equipment)

• Items such as apparel or baseball equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

• D1SCIPLINE App / Digital Tools: Monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

• Consulting & Management: Fees for strategic consulting or business management services are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

3. Youth Sports & Training

• Registration fees for seasonal play or training sessions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested 14 days prior to the start date.

• Credits for future sessions may be issued at the discretion of management.

4. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
